Keeping eggs fresh

  1. 1Store in a cool, dry place, or in the fridge in hot weather.
  2. 2Keep trays away from direct sun, heat and strong smells.
  3. 3Don't wash eggs before storing; wash just before use.
  4. 4Set aside any cracked egg and use it first, fully cooked.
